What we collect
Account info (email, name), workspace content (brands, ideas, campaigns, assets), and usage telemetry needed to run the service.
How we use it
To deliver ViralOS, generate content for your workspace, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in our managed cloud database, encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export or permanently delete your workspace at any time from Settings.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of subprocessors for hosting, AI inference, and email delivery. A current list is available on request.
